BODY LANGUAGE PROGRAMS
AWAKEN YOUR BODY AS
YOUR INSTRUMENT
This foundational series helps you return to your body with clarity, alignment, and intuitive strength. Inspired by Adrianna’s background in Brazilian dance, the sacred practice of Orixas dance movement, Contemporary Silvestre Technique, Jazz, and ballet, Body Language explores movement from the inside out.

Studio to Stage is a creative journey designed for students ready to expand their practice and step into performance with depth, presence, and personal power. This program weaves together Samba, Afro-Brazilian forms, and contemporary dance, with a strong foundation in Adrianna’s Body Language method - connecting body, mind, and spirit.

Most programs are offered in Toronto through Dance Migration. Some are available as international intensives or online. Visit Dance Migration for full details.

Body Language is beginner-friendly. Studio to Stage and Deepening Your Dance are best suited for those with prior training or experience in Adrianna’s classes.

Yes! Studio to Stage culminates in a final presentation. Deepening Your Dance may include opportunities for facilitation or choreography, depending on your track.

Yes! Body Language is integrated into Studio to Stage, and many dancers move on to Deepening Your Dance after completing one or both programs.

This program offers mentorship and structured teacher training within the Dance Migration Method. Certification is possible after assessment and continued study.
